郑伊健1988年参加新秀歌唱大赛加入TVB，因拍摄“阳光柠檬茶”广告而入行。1995年开始，凭借在《古惑仔》系列电影中饰演陈浩南一角走红。出道三十多年，郑伊健成功塑造了很多经典角色，并获得过台湾十大偶像、香港十大流行歌手等奖项，深受观众的喜欢。
近日，有网友晒了一组郑伊健30年前的旧照。那时20多岁的郑伊健模样青涩，五官精致清新俊逸，戴着眼镜更显斯文，风度翩翩。
