1月23日，关于袁立偷狗事件，袁立前男友发文回应，称当年买狗的花费是他自己一人承担，和袁立没有关系，而袁立则实是趁他不在把狗带走。还表示狗被袁立带走之后就再也没见到过，2018年以后自己和袁立没有了任何联系。
据悉，郑爽弃养事件曝出后，曾有网友拿出袁立当年分手后偷狗的事件做对比。
