4月18日，《司藤》《七根凶简》《西出玉门》等小说作家尾鱼否认“坐牢”传闻，称已委托律师取证，将走法律程序。
尾鱼在社交平台发文称：“针对近几年网络上造谣我‘坐牢'一事，我们已经委托律师进行录屏取证（部分已经取证完成），后续会一并走法律程序。”
