近日，有媒体拍到宋佳与男友王伟参加朋友聚会。聚会结束后，几人在门口闲聊，其中一位男性友人一直搂着宋佳，宋佳则与旁边好友聊天，王伟不时搭话，气氛十分欢乐。
散场后宋佳王伟及男性友人一起乘车回到某小区，与好友告别后，宋佳和王伟一起离开。
