日前，胡歌等人主演的电视剧《县委大院》登上多个平台榜首位置。12月13日，编剧王小枪接受采访时称，这部剧题材比较独特，它讲述的是广大基层干部的特别题材，并非反腐题材。为了更好完成剧本创作，让情节更加接地气，其曾到江西省大余县政府挂职副县长近半年，期间大部分时间都用来到基层采访，“好剧本是用脚踩出来的”。
