3月27日，摩登兄弟刘宇宁开直播回应，“我刘宇宁曾经结过婚，当然也离婚了，没有孩子。”并对女方表示道歉：“因我的原因让她和她现在的孩子暴露在大众面前，非常抱歉。”
早前，“超能摄影阳阳”爆料刘宇宁曾有过一段婚姻，两人于2012年4月结婚，2013年12月离婚，且育有一女，引发讨论。
