8月18日，呼和浩特公安局发布公告：周杰伦2023嘉年华世界巡回演唱会呼和浩特站首场演出于8月17日如期举行。在首场演出中，公安机关发现有歌迷购买到假票的情况，并已开展调查。对于相关涉嫌违法犯罪人员，公安机关将全力追查、依法严惩。
