据港媒，近日，钟嘉欣受访时谈及分娩经历。她称原本计划生4个孩子，但生到第三胎时便觉得难以坚持。头胎因缺乏经验“累到认不出妈”，产后休养许久，还因撕裂严重导致行走不便；到了二三胎则愈发熟练，选择了在家分娩。
