2026年3月7日，出演过多部影视作品的演员王添羽，在模仿网红“喷火蛋糕”时发生意外。她将高浓度酒精喷向点燃的蛋糕，结果火焰突然回烧，导致眉毛、睫毛和头发被烧到，下巴与脖子也有烫伤，好在脸部并未受伤。事后她特意发视频提醒大家，不要模仿社交平台上这类危险行为，以免发生意外。
