近日，据韩媒报道，首尔城东警察署最近对金秀贤涉嫌违反《儿童福利法》及诬告罪一事作出不起诉决定。据悉，警方重点调查了死者在未满18岁期间是否与金秀贤交往以及是否存在性虐待，并判定未成年人时期交往的疑惑全部为虚假事实。
