肖战演唱会退票规则变更 首轮退票收取0.6%手续费
近日，肖战巡回演唱会上海站开票，从规则可见，上海站首轮退票（48小时内退）收取实付款的0.6%作为手续费，不再设有免费退票期，与此前南京站的规则有所不同。
据悉，这次变化是通过增加小额退票门槛，打击抢票练手、恶意锁票等扰乱票务秩序的行为，将票源留给真正有观演意愿的粉丝。
