当地时间2014年12月14日，英国伦敦，2014年世界小姐决赛。南非小姐罗琳-史特劳斯（Rolene Strauss）摘得桂冠，今年22岁的Strauss身高178，出生于医科世家，爸爸为医生妈妈是护士，她也就读与南非自由州大学（University of the Free State in Bloemfontein）医学系，罗琳-史特劳斯儿时的梦想是成为世界小姐，可谓梦圆成真。罗琳-史特劳斯是史上第三位获得世界小姐的南非小姐。亚军则由匈牙利小姐伊蒂娜-库克瑟（Edina Kulcsar）和美国小姐伊莉莎白-莎芙丽特（Elizabeth Safrit）获得。
